
Dr. Polansky was born in Bronx, New York in January 1948. He graduated from Queens college in 1969 and completed his D.M.D. Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1973 at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Polansky spent two years in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, stationed at Ft. Dix, New Jersey.
In 1975, Dr. Polansky set up his own practice in Medford Lakes, New Jersey. Three years later, he built his second practice in the town in which he now lives, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. At the present time Dr. Polansky practices dentistry three and one half days per week in the office he had constructed in 1999 at a different location in Cherry Hill. The practice is predominantly a restorative cosmetic practice.
Dr. Polansky's postgraduate education includes completion of the Continuum of courses at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne Florida, the series of courses at Dr. Peter Dawson's Center for Advanced Studies in St. Petersburg Florida and Dr. Michael Schuster's program in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Polansky is a lifelong student who has taken courses given by some of dentistry's best teachers including Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. John Kois, and Dr. Dick Barnes.
